Seamus O’Tuama has a Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences by the University College Cork (IE) and is a Graduate in Journalism by the Dublin City University (IE). He finished his PhD in Sociology in 1999 by the University College Cork (IE). Since 2011 he is the Director of the Centre for Adult Continuing Education in University College Cork (IE). He became a member in eucen’s Steering Committee in 2015, formally mandated to be the Ambassador to AAACE (American Association for Adult & Continuing Education). Since 2019 he is Chair in ASEM LLL Hub considered one of the largest international networks of researchers.
