Vladlen Sysun is a Doctor of Philosophy since 1997. He has his own centre for consulting services for the development of MSMEs since 2000. He has an extensive experience in teaching adults in financial issues, marketing and sales. He worked at UNDP for the development of entrepreneurship in the East of Ukraine. He pays a lot of attention to developing the potential of membership and service business associations. He has been mentoring more than 60 small enterprises for 5 years and is the author of more than 80 publications on entrepreneurship.
