Chairman, Phoenix Foundation (NL)
Waed Alkuteifan was born in Syria 20 October 1981. She graduated in 2005 in English literature by the Damascus University. She worked as an English teacher in Syria, Saudi Arabia and Jordan. In 2014 she moved to the Netherlands. She did an internship and support lessons in Marnix College in Ede (NL). Nowadays, she lives there with her two children while she is in her third year as a student at the University of Applied Science in Utrecht (NL). Since 2016 she is also Chairman of the Phoenix Foundation (Phoivikes Nederland Stichting).
